The Voice of the Swap Meet and Flea Market Industry

Member Benefits

The CSMA is the voice of Swap Meets and Flea Markets in the State of California. It promotes the industry’s views and works to build public confidence in the Swap Meet/Flea Market industry as a whole. As a Swap Meet/Flea Market operator in this State, it is important that your views and opinions be heard.

Because membership requires a strict Code of Ethics, CSMA is recognized and respected by many government and regulatory agencies. These groups will often speak at general membership meetings and seek our input.

As a member of the CSMA, you will have a say in matters that affect the industry and you will have access to opportunities such as:

Networking - Networking with fellow operators and sharing industry information at general meetings is of tremendous help and value.
Legislation Alerts - The CSMA employs a professional lobbyist group to monitor activity in both Sacramento and Washington, D.C. They alert and inform CSMA of bills and initiatives affecting the industry. Meetings and activities are coordinated to educate our representatives and prevent adverse legislation.
